Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on AI Tool Signal infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@aitoolsignal.co containing:

1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
2. The specific URL on AI Tool Signal where the allegedly infringing material appears
3. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed (with a URL to the original if available)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

What we do with valid notices

Upon receiving a complete, good-faith notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the user who posted it (if applicable).

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with:

1. Your contact information
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous URL
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Your signature
